The first phase of the Regional Retail will span across 13 acres of land and provide 130,000 square feet of optimal retail space which will be conveniently located on the SW corner of Seton Boulevard and Seton Way. Construction began in Spring of 2012, with completion expected by Fall 2013. We are thrilled at the prospect of what this retail area will mean to the residents in SE Calgary. The announcement of the first retail tenants in Seton is an exciting step and we look forward to releasing more information on other tenants in the near future.

Regional Retail - South
Brookfield Residential is happy to announce the completed land sale transaction with Loblaws Inc. for a future Real Canadian Superstore. The site will be located at the south end of the Regional Retail district situated on 12.5 acres of land. It is anticipated that the Real Canadian Superstore will be open in 2015.
The Cineplex site is located directly north of the Real Canadian Superstore. Cineplex Odeon Seton and VIP Cinemas is anticipated to open in late 2016.
